RETURNS REPLACEMENT REFUNDS
1 What’s your return policy?
We have a 30 Day return, replacement, refund policy for all defective products, damaged and lost in transit, and a generous exchange and refund offering. Please refer to the return, Replacement, and Refund Policy accessed in the Footer under POLICY LEGAL REFERENCE for conditions and more details.
2 Do you offer refunds?
Yes we do - for products you are not 100% satisfied with! And we cover shipping costs to send the product back to us. Please refer to the Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy accessed in the Footer under POLICY LEGAL REFERENCE for conditions and more details.
3 Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

4 How do I submit a claim if there is a problem with my order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from when you received your product to contact DreamBlueArt by email at: mikart@dreamblueart.com and submit a claim. Do not send any products to DreamBlueArt until after you submit a claim AND you receive a reply back with instructions on next steps.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
1 How long before I receive my order to my home/office?
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
International: 5-15 business days
We work with high-quality reputable on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide. We coordinate the processing of orders we receive with our fulfillment partners . Unfortunately, DreamBlueArt has no control over the location the product is made and shipped from.
3 What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
4 My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
5 I'm worried about my delivered package being stolen if I am not able to receive it personally.

7 I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 10 days at mikart@dreamblueart.com to make a claim - BEFORE sending your product back to us. 1 The prices of the clothing is a bit on the high side.
DreamBlueArt made the decision to work with only quality fulfillment companies which means superior products, reliable shipping, and an excellent return policy. Our fulfillment company - Printful, has historically been rated globally as one of the highest quality direct-to-garment (DTG) production shops - as they do all the printing from their own fulfillment centers distributed around the world in eleven different locations - including 2 in the USA, 1 in Mexico, and 1 in Canada. We believe all our products with original, unique art designs have value and therefore quality is our focus.
2 What is causing the smell on some of my new products.
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
3 There is a slight discoloration on my new product. What should I do?
